PUBLIC CALL FOR CHOOSING MENTORS FOR PROVIDING ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE (15-29 YEARS OLD) AND WOMEN
BSC Bar publishes a Public Call for Tenders for the selection of entrepreneurial training providers for young people (15-29 years) and women as part of the project 'Skills for Sustainable Employment and inclusive Economic Growth of Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro - Skills for Jobs Albania- Montenegro', contract number CFCU/MNE/219, which was financed within the framework of the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro - Albania 2014-2020 within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) No.: EuropeAid/171769/ID/ACT/MULTI. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro and the Investment Development Agency of Albania.
The public call for the implementation of a package of services for young people (15-29 years old) and women envisages two sets of services. The first set refers to services provided by mentors who are required to conduct introductory trainings and create a short manual of Instructions for Business Beginners. The total number of mentoring service providers is 5. The mentoring service provider is obliged to conduct entrepreneurship training in their narrowly specialized profession for a duration of 2 days.

With the support of the mentor, 15 participants will develop business plans by the end of the training and acquire the necessary knowledge to start their own business.
Estimated budget: the compensation for the mentor is 300.00 euros gross, per one day of training, i.e. a total of 600.00 euros gross for both days. This amount includes all the costs of preparation and implementation of the training, including transportation and accommodation, as well as preparation of the Instruction for Business Beginners.
The second set of services includes individual mentoring services for each of the 15 participants who need to develop their business plans. The provider of mentoring services is obliged to conduct individual consultations from his narrow specialist field for each of the 15 trainees for a duration of 20 hours per trainee.

Estimated budget: Compensation for the mentor is 100.00 euros gross, per student, that is, for all 15 students, a total of 1500.00 euros gross. This amount includes expenses, transportation and accommodation
Candidates for mentors should have relevant knowledge and experience in the realization of similar trainings. Preference will be given to people with previous experience in working with young people and women.

2) CV of the candidate, in which the experience, references in the performance of similar jobs and knowledge of the requested topic are clearly indicated. Legal entities should also submit the CV of the person who will work on the implementation of the training.
