The BSC Bar Foundation and the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, in cooperation with IPC Tehnopolis, invite all interested representatives of small, micro, and medium-sized enterprises to join the seminar:
“Startup Approach for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises”

The seminar is designed to help entrepreneurs apply startup principles in developing their businesses – through agility, experimentation, rapid idea validation, and practical tools for innovation and business model improvement. Participants will learn, through practical examples and group work, how to identify opportunities for innovation, test new products, and enhance their business operations without significant risks or costs.
