BSC Bar publishes a Public Call for the engagement of institution that will provide a licensed tourism guide course
BSC Bar in cooperation with Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro announces Public Call to submit an offer to participate in the tender for engagement an institution that will organize licensed course of tourism guide for 5 candidates (unemployed young persons or women).
This is a part of the project 'Skills for Sustainable Employment and inclusive Economic Growth of Cross-Border Region of Albania and Montenegro - Skills for Jobs Albania-Montenegro', contract number CFCU/MNE/219, which was financed through the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro - Albania 2014-2020 within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) No.: EuropeAid/171769/ID/ACT/MULTI Project is implemented in cooperation with Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro and Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA).
Your offer must include:
1. PART A: INFORMATION FOR TENDERER (document is in attachment)
2. PART B: DOCUMENTS TO BE COMPLETED BY TENDERER – TECHNICAL OFFER (document is in attachment)
3. PART C: DOCUMENTS TO BE COMPLETED BY TENDERER – FINANCIAL OFFER (document is in attachment)
4. A copy of the registration of the legal entity
5. Copy of the license to conduct the tourist guide course and proof of previous experience in conducting the course.
6. Details of the bank account to which payments could be made
According to the above request, the tenderer can submit the offer to the e-mail address: s.jovanovic@bscbar.org, no later than 12.12.2023. until 5:00 p.m. or in person, at the address:

It is mandatory to fill in and submit all accompanying documents (annexes). Incomplete documentation excludes the tenderer from further consideration of the offer.
The offer is submitted in one envelope, inside which the technical documents with attachments and the financial offer (in one smaller envelope) should be separated.

*The criterion for selecting the offer will be the highest quality offer in relation to the offered price - 80% of the evaluation refers to the evaluation of the technical offer and 20% of the evaluation to the financial offer.
