Trainings for unemployed young people and women have started as part of the project 'Skills for work: Montenegro-Albania'.
'Strategic planning and business model' training was held yesterday and today.
There are 4 more trainings planned for the approximately 20 registered participants. Each one aims to empower the participants to start their own business. After the training, the participants will be educated about possible ways of financing business ideas, as well as how to present a business idea to potential financiers. In parallel, there is support from the mentor for the business plan and all questions related to future business.
At the end, the 5 holders of the best business plans will receive grants to support businesses in the amount of up to 3000 euros.
The trainings are part of the project 'Skills for sustainable employment, inclusive economic growth of the cross-border area of Albania and Montenegro - Skills for work Albania-Montenegro'. The project is supported by the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Montenegro - Albania 2014-2020 through the instrument of pre-accession assistance (IPA II).
