We would like to inform you that BSC Bar, as part of the 'Youth 4 Open Innovation' project, organizes 4 trainings / workshops:
1) DESIGN THINKING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE - THE FASTES WAY TO INNOVATION
Objectives:
- Introduce young participants to the Design Thinking method
- Encourage young people to take creative approaches in thinking and creating
- Motivate participants to change perspectives in solving challenges
- Encourage participants for new ideas
- Improve communication skills among young people for exchanging ideas, negotiating and presenting
Training motto: 'Be the change that you want to see in the world'
Time and place: 04-08. October from 9 am to 2 pm, in the Business Start-up Center and online.
Coach:Danka Ćetković, IANLP trainer and educator of design thinking methods. Bachelor of Laws and Master of Tourism Management in the field of human resources. 13 years of work experience in Labour Agency of Montenegro in the field of labor market, employment, education and development and 7 years in the private sector and entrepreneurship. Co-founder of NLP Network, the first organization in Montenegro that provides licensed NLP education and various other training or coaching programs for companies or individuals.
2) CREATING DIGITAL CONTENT: DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATIONS FOR MOBILE DEVICES WITH APP INVENTOR
Objectives:
First steps to knowledge of programming through learning a programming language: App Inventor
Getting to know the various components used in creating applications for mobile phones.
Recognize different events and write code that will be used in case a specific event is generated.
Training to independently create a simpler application for a mobile device.
Identify when, how and why mobile applications can be used
Learn How to Use App Inventor in Creating Mobile Apps
Make eight applications
Understand the basic concepts of event-driven programming.

Coach: Jasna Pejović, M.Sc., has a degree in mathematics and programming and a master's degree in Information Technology Management,He has over 15 years of experience in leadership positions in international companies: Deutsche Telekom and Triglav. An experienced manager and leader, she was the Director of the Information Technology Sector at Telekom of Montenegro for 11 years. Entrepreneur, founder and CEO of DigitalBee and Co-founder of startup Flourish. She has been a lecturer at UDG at the Faculty of Information Technology and VATEL for many years. She enjoys the transfer of knowledge and experience to new generations. 20+ years experiences in ICT, 15+ years of experience in leadership positions, 9 years of work as an educator
3) ARDUINO
Objectives:
- Find out what microcontrollers are
- Understand how electronics work
- Build your prototype with the help of Arduino microcontroller and components.
Training motto: 'DO IT YOURSELF'

Coach: Igor Percobic, Electrical engineer, certified ECDL lecturer and examiner, 10 years of experience in adult training, director of Abordage d.o.o., passionate lover of technology, nature and extreme sports. Experience: Labour Agency of Montenegro (basic and advanced IT training for the unemployed), OSCE Montenegro (Computer training for women from rural areas), BSC Bar (photo and video editing, Microrosft OFFICE ..), BMV shiping (basics of electrical engineering training of ETO officers) , Bubulj production (assistant of photography, cameras, directing), Abordage doo (Provision of IT consulting services to small and medium enterprises).
4) BUSINESS MODEL DEVELOPMENT
Objectives:
• Train young people with basic knowledge in the field of developing their own products or services
• Train young people to communicate with clients
• Learn and apply the basics of financial management

The content:
• Within the workshop, young people will gain knowledge in the field of searching for and developing a business idea. They will master research techniques in order to get their own products and services. They will learn to use practical tools like: 5W1H, Brainstorming, SWOT analysis and BMC model. Using these tools, participants will learn to generate new business models.
• Through practical work, participants will find the answer to the question why the client would be interested in their business idea. They will improve their communication skills with clients and learn to assess how their business ideas carry value for the client.
• Through the analysis of the required resources, participants will estimate the costs and revenues of their own business model and learn how to calculate the cost of their own product / service.
