Training 'Female leadership'

Training “Women’s Leadership Skills” Held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024

The training “Women’s Leadership Skills” was held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in our conference room on the 5th floor, from 09:00 to 14:30.

The training was organized in cooperation with the NGO Women’s Action as part of the project “Developing Leadership Skills and Inclusive Governance,” funded by the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights of Montenegro. The session was led by Slavica Striković, an expert in communication and presentation skills.

The goal of the training was to strengthen the negotiation, public speaking, and leadership skills of women active in political parties, local institutions, and the civil sector—so that women’s participation in public policy and civic activism can become more effective and better recognized.

The participants included representatives of political parties, local public enterprise boards, directors of institutions and private companies, as well as employees from local institutions, the private sector, and NGOs.

The attendees expressed satisfaction with how the topic was presented and shared that the training motivated them to further develop their leadership skills and take proactive roles in society.

Two more sessions on this topic are planned, along with individual mentorships, which are expected to result in a joint gender-sensitive initiative.
