Digital Marketing Training

BSC Bar and the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Regional Business Center Berane, organized a seminar titled “Digital Marketing” on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the premises of RBC Berane.

The seminar gathered participants from the business sector, tourism organizations, and municipal secretariats – all interested in improving their organizations’ digital presence and applying new technologies to promote their products and services.

The goal of the seminar was to provide entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses with practical knowledge of the basics of digital marketing and how to create relevant content that attracts and retains clients.

A special focus was placed on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital marketing – specifically on how AI tools can facilitate content creation, enhance customer communication, and contribute to business growth.

The lecturer, Jasna Pejović, Director of Digital Bee, illustrated all concepts using a real-life example from one of the participating businesses, through hands-on work on defining target audiences and developing a digital marketing strategy. Participants were particularly interested in the topic of AI and its practical application in promoting products and services. Throughout the seminar, they showed great enthusiasm, actively participated in discussions, and shared their experiences.

During the seminar, it became clear that while Montenegrin companies possess basic knowledge of digital marketing, they have not yet fully utilized the potential of online tools and strategies. Most participants use social media and websites for basic promotion, but structured strategies or analytical approaches are still rare. Nevertheless, there was a high level of interest in applying AI in marketing, from content creation to communication automation and improving customer engagement. Participants showed strong motivation to integrate new tools and techniques into their daily practice and to strengthen their organizations through continuous learning.

Based on the interaction and discussion during the seminar, it is evident that there is room for further development. It is recommended to continue with practical workshops and seminars, provide support in developing digital marketing strategies, promote the implementation of AI tools for business optimization, and place special focus on companies from northern Montenegro, which often have less access to resources and expertise. Additionally, networking and experience exchange among companies and organizations can significantly contribute to strengthening the regional business community.
