Each training other than educational theory has also the practical side which is presented through practical exercises and case studies. The goal is to develop the skills of students through finding the solution for a given problem. The practice of BSC Bar is to bring a guest speaker at every training which depending from training topic can be: an affirmed entrepreneur , representative of the banking sector , representative of the government agencies and institutions, representative of civil society institutions like NGOs and the like. This approach has a goal to learn from the practical experiences of persons involved and to build entrepreneurship networks.
BSC Bar for trainers engages the international, regional and local professionals with a solid knowledge base , and with a proven entrepreneurial experience. In addition , in order to better prepare for teaching and for the knowledge transfer, the trainers themselves have to undergo training in the form of pre- training. At these pre-training sessions, in addition to improving their skills through experience exchange and through the acceptance of new models of work, trainers improve their knowledge and they adjust their training programs with the needs of the labor market.
